That makes sense from what we know because the m. S. C. South shelter is in that zip code, which is the location of the citys largest outbreak, with 96 cases among guests to date. The 94110 zip code has among the highest number of cases in the city. This likely reflects crowded housing conditions, including multifamily and multigenerational homes, which makes it more difficult to practice social distancing and quarantine and selfisolation.
