Veterans are estimated to have a suicide rate thats 50 higher than those who did not serve in the military. Major driver of sued rates is the incidence of post Traumatic Stress among our veterans. According to the department of veterans affairs, between 11 and 20 of those who served in operatiOperation Iraqi freedomr enduring freedom suffer from pts. Veterans with pts may be troubled by intrusive thoughts, avoid people, places and things, and experience hyperawareness and nightmares. They mind find they are no longer able to trust and love those closest to them. Some may even feel that life is no longer worth living. Unfortunately, many veterans have had significant problems in receiving the health care they deserve. Issues regarding inadequate treatment of veterans by the va have been widely reported. These include long wait times and the overprescription of

There are elements of other state laws you may not consider specific data laws. A pretty High Standard . It is a pretty High Standard, yes. Thats the starting point for us. Theres been some discussion about the Standard Energy in commerce. Would you say its a higher standard than what our bill would propose. Our standard is a reasonableness standard. So i think the difference here is not only might there be a difference in what the language says in that bill i think, also, we would be looking to the common law of the ftc and others to flesh out what the specific requirements are but its really important as were thinking about how strong the security standard is, to think about who has the enforcement power and whos going to be guiding the parties there. If the federal agencies are solely responsible for it even a strong st
