Uniindia: Jammu, March 16 (UNI) Stressing for further strengthening the intelligence network at the grass root level of all forces, the Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police, Dilbag Singh on Thursday said that Pak agencies are indulging in narcotics and weapon smuggling besides transportation of cash across the LoC for funding terrorist activities.
