ASHTABULA TOWNSHIP â Ineos Pigments is looking to expand its operations on Middle Road.
The business is planning a 15,000-square-foot expansion, said Ashtabula County Commissioner Casey Kozlowski. The project is expected to add 27 full-time jobs and research and development facilities, he said.
Ineos Pigments currently operates two manufacturing facilities on Middle Road in Ashtabula Township, according to the companyâs website. The sites currently produce titanium dioxide, a bright white powder, used in coatings, plastics and paper, according to the website.
Ineos Pigments, currently headquartered in Maryland, is one of a number of companies under the Ineos Enterprises umbrella. The company purchased Cristal in 2019 for $700 million, according to a press release from Ineos.
