Small Industries Development Bank of India has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with HDFC Bank Limited for providing financial solutions to MSMEs.
HDFC Bank Limited has executed definitive agreements on April 21, 2023 to invest an amount of up to Rs. 69.90 crores in Go Digit Life Insurance Limited.
The RBI vide its communication dated April 19, 2023, has approved the appointment of Mr. Kaizad Bharucha as Deputy Managing Director and Mr. Bhavesh Zaveri as Executive Director of the Bank for a period of 3 years w.e.f. April 19, 2023.
