The entertainment district is built up around the historic Coca Cola bottling plant, near the north end of Mass Ave. It was a monumental undertaking.  It would also be risky. But if there were ever a place to pull off 68 games in just a few weeks during a pandemic safely, it  would definitely be Indianapolis. So the NCAA, the city and tourism officials took on the challenge. And last week, our city swelled with crowds eager to celebrate their teams and hang out with each other.
