Not only for america but for all state as we learn from each other. Ive had the privilege of coming here and gaining some longlasting friendships in a bipartisan way. I hope the you governors will take advantage of the opportunity to associate one with another. All of us tout the successs they have had, but i have done the same thing about utah but theres always room for improvement and the opportunity to come and learn from unc best practices and what is taking place in this country has helped me become a better governor. I heard the song God Bless America and i hope god does bless america and i think he does but the best hopes for our success, you governors are providing solutions for the nations problems, laboratories of democracy as these little pilot programs we all learn from and as opposed to the dysfunction we see in washington dc i see tremendous success and function taking place and appreciate the organization.
