Campus. University officials are responding this evening in the case of an internationally acclaimed professor accused of Sexual Harassment. Its a story we first brought you last night on our 5 00 news. Cal Officials Say students enrolled in a court stopped by that man, professor nazir al sigh yad have the option to leave his class. Yesterday students protested on campus, demanding he be removed immediately. Graduate student eva fisher claimed she endured four years of Sexual Harassment by the professor. Last week an independent investigator concluded that the professor indeed violated the universitys Sexual Harassment policy. His attorney maintains he did nothing wrong. This morning by a fire. At least one of those units badly. I want to show you some of the action that took place this morning from our chopper. They are not saying how the fire started yet, but we do know that the investigation is ongoing. We have seen san jose fire crews here. We have seen San Jose Police officers here. It started around 7 30 in the morning. And whatever caused the fire did quite a bit of damage. Five people displaced five adults and five children have been displaced and one firefighter was sent to the hospital with minor injuries. Reporter now, we are told that that firefighter we are told that that firefighter will be okay. Earlier this morning witnesses tell us that crews were helping some of the people who lived back here remove some of the items. We dont know where those people were taken.
