It is feared that the revocation of the Mental Health Law to be merged into the 2023 Health Law is feared to stagnate efforts to improve mental health problems. Mental health problems continue to increase, therefore a strong regulatory infrastructure is needed.
Mental health plays a significant role in productivity but is often overlooked. To maintain its promising economic growth, Indonesia must put its people’s well-being into the calculation.
