Arvind Kejriwal has challenged his arrest by the ED in the Delhi excise policy case. The Court recently hinted that it may consider whether he should be released on interim bail in view of the ongoing election season.
The Court said that the Licensing Authority chose to act against Patanjali's misleading advertisements only after the top court passed strictures and made strong observations in that regard.
The Court held that altering the CA exam dates would disrupt the extensive arrangements already in place for the conduct of the exams by the ICAI and that it could result in grave injustice for some students.
