Cork County councillors have agreed to draft a letter to government offices after Kanturk-Mallow representative Bernard Moynihan put forward a motion proposing that the Help to Buy Scheme be extended to first-time buyers who are developing derelict properties into permanent homes through the Croí Cónaithe Scheme.
