Good evening, im iain page. Im dawn tim feature lucy is off tonight. The victim told state police the driver was aggressively tailgating him on the girard point bridge right around 6 30 this morning. He says that driver pulled up in the lane next to him whipped out a black semi automatic pistol and fired. The bullet hit victims back tire on the passenger side. The victim could have crashed. He could have caused another crash. I mean especially on the bridge its extremely dangerous. We need to get this person off the road. Fortunately the victim was not hurt. Shooter took off down the broad street exit after firing this gun. Hes describe as black man between 30 and 40 years old with facial hair. He was driving a black chevy impala or malibu from the early 2,000s. If you know anything at all, give state police call.
