Floyd Galloway has long been suspected of killing Danielle Stislicki, who disappeared in 2016. His trial has now been delayed until at least March 2023.
The man accused of murdering a Farmington Hills woman six years ago is due in court on Wednesday for a motion hearing as his trial for her murder inches closer.
Floyd Galloway Jr. was charged with the murder of Danielle Stislicki, a 28-year-old woman who disappeared in December 2016. The Berkley man who pleaded guilty to other crimes was later identified as a person of interest in her disappearance.
It's been more than five-and-a-half years since Danielle Stislicki went missing. While no one has been convicted, a man was charged with her murder in 2019. He's been waiting to go on trial ever since.
It's been more than five years since Danielle Stislicki was last seen but the man charged with her murder has still not faced a trial. On Thursday, Floyd Galloway's attorney claimed a former Farmington Hills Police Chief broke the law during the investigation.
