Community health program to roll out on Sunshine Coast and beyond in 2021

Bolton Clarke Sunshine Coast seniors with new year’s resolutions to get active in 2021 are invited to a free, practical falls prevention session with international researcher, exercise physiologist and gerontologist Dr Liz Cyarto at Bolton Clarke Tantula Rise, Alexandra Headland on 19 January. The session, the first of a series from Bolton Clarke’s popular Be Healthy and Active program that will roll out throughout 2021, will include simple exercises and strategies to stay active and reduce falls risk. It will be followed on 18 February by a session on skin health. Dr Cyarto is Senior Research Fellow at the Bolton Clarke Research Institute. Her work has helped support older people to stay healthy and active in countries around the world.
