Transnistria says that any escalation in the security zone where the peacekeepers are deployed is unacceptable, the Supreme Council (parliament) of the unrecognized republic said in a statement on the Joint Control Commission, which is in charge of the peacekeeping operation involving Russia, Moldova, Transnistria and Ukraine.
