FBNQuest, the investment banking and asset management subsidiary of FBN Holdings Plc, has continued to strengthen its partnership with Teach for Nigeria (TFN) by supporting the TFN Incubation Hub Pitch Contest and the TFN Annual Mentoring Programme.

A non-government organisation, Teach For Nigeria has hosted its first ever pitch event at the Gusau Institute, Kaduna.
The contest was hosted as part of the organisation’s Incubation Hub Programme, earlier launched in October 2020 to support its alumni members in the social innovation space with resources needed to drive their initiatives on promoting access to education for children in low-income communities.
Twenty northern-based initiatives were selected as part of pioneer cohort at the virtual launch of the incubation hub.
During the event, five of the participants had the opportunity to pitch for seed funding. x
At the end of the contest, Book Clan Knowledge Hub, led by Samuel Onyeledo and No box Initiate led by Abdullahi Ibrahim, were awarded seed grants of N1 million each to set up and expand their initiatives.
