Grenada Will Reduce Quarantine Required for Fully-vaccinated Tourists Starting May 1 Alison Fox © Provided by Travel + Leisure Eye Ubiquitous/Universal Images Group via Getty Images The Caribbean island of Grenada will reduce quarantine requirements for fully-vaccinated travelers next month, becoming the latest destination to relax restrictions for inoculated tourists. Starting May 1, vaccinated travelers will only have to quarantine for 48 hours while waiting for their test results to come back from a PCR test administered upon arrival, according to the Grenada Tourism Authority. Tourists will also have to show proof of a negative PCR test within three days of coming to the island, apply for travel authorization, and pay online for the on-island test.
