take advantage of the situation and get as many people through as they can before this gets resolved. border patrol says those who cross are easy to get caught because they likely applied for asylum, got a case number and were set free. beginning tomorrow those in tijuana who applied for asylum in the us would be immediately returned to mexico. it is not a huge change because most asylum-seekers have been kept in mexico but as of tomorrow the policy is the official. along the rio grande sector of the border, since the partial government shutdown began border patrol agents in texas have arrested 14,000 illegal immigrants confiscated 14,000 pounds of marijuana and 800 pounds of cocaine and since october, 100 salvadoran gang members like ms 13 have been apprehended. here is the president. this is a virtual invasion of our country, from drugs, human
joining us tonight. is there an emergency at the southern border? should we not now use the emergency funds and the powers that you have in your possession? so we have a humanitarian crisis, to put it mildly. people are trying to get in by the tens of thousands. they re rushing the border, there s right now in honduras a country we pay a lot of money to, i think foolishly because they don t help us, but right now you have another caravan forming, and it s going to be the biggest one yet. we stopped the last one. you see what s going on in tijuana, they couldn t get through because we got a wall up. the military s been fantastic, border patrol has been incredible and i.c.e. is, you know, these are brave people that do a great job. and we stopped them. but there s another big one forming. we need a wall, very simple. whether you call it a steel barrier, wall, doesn t matter, but we need a very strong structure. judge: but by waiting to build the wall using those funds that

there is a lot of trash because what i try to tell you, the 360 grew to 6300. so we had another, it s a big concert hall where you can have like 10,000 people. we sent them over here but it has to be voluntary because the people from human rights, they have their delegates here, too. and they want to they wanted to treat them too kindly. so there are like 1500 people here, 2200 people there and there are like 2,000 people that aren t accounted for. tucker: unaccounted for. so basically you have illegal aliens from honduras in tijuana. how do you feel about that? while i have heard that like the border patrol has been going
