Almost all of America s flagship universities have decreased the proportion of in-state freshmen they ve enrolled over the past 20 years, finds a new analysis.
Even with the largest freshman class since 2016, the University of Montana’s enrollment decreased by 1.5% this fall after losses in Missoula College and online partnership programs for physical therapy.
