Why Tho? Choice between son’s health, safety and grandparents’ comfort should be easy one to make

Dear Lizzy,
I’m having serious issues with my in-laws. They insist vaccines will change their DNA and could kill them, so they’re refusing to get vaccinated. Normally, I would say to each their own and avoid them. However, they come over every Monday to see my son who was born with a chronic illness. He is not even one year old and he takes albuterol twice a day to open up his airways, along with other breathing treatments. These make him high risk when it comes to the coronavirus pandemic.
