THE Cebu City Government on Thursday advised motorists going south via the Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR) to take alternative routes on Sunday, Jan. 21, 2024, as it will close a portion of the southbound lane to accommodate participants and spectators of the Sinulog Grand Parade and Ritual Showdown at the South Road Properties (SRP) and partially close other roads and reroute traffic.

CEBU CITY A party-list group is launching an initiative to convince Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte to run in the 2022 elections.

The Partido Kalikasan Party-list will be launching the RISE with Sara for Economic Sustainability or RISE for Sustainability on February 27.
Evangeline Abejo, the group’s coordinator in Cebu, said a motorcade caravan dubbed as Run Saravan, a motorcade for Sara Duterte-Carpio, will be held at the Fuente Osmeña Circle in uptown Cebu City.
