The passengers had landed at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport ( CSIA) on April 2. A case was registered with the Sakinaka police against Imran Surve and Fahid Antule after a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation ( BMC) official carried out a surprise check at the hotel. The official will be initiating an action against the hotel management for violating the rules and not informing the civic body after the two flyers fled.
