The American Fork Police Department has released the identity of a man who reportedly shot at a locked gate more than 20 times before allegedly stealing an impounded vehicle on Feb. 6.
An amateur lawyer looking to get his vehicle back from the tow yard contacted the Columbia Falls Police Department to plead his case. The vehicle was towed a few days earlier following a traffic stop, he said.
