We looked at other environmental factors which came out fairly evenly but the thing that was very striking was the difference in cost which would translate to over 100 million for ratepayers over the lifetime of this contract. So recology was selected by the panel. Lawsuits were filed. Lawsuits were dismissed and over the course of the next four years the board repeatedly took a look at this contract.
