Immediate-past Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki has congratulated Nigeria’s Men Basketball Team, D’Tigers, on their historic win against Team USA.
Nigeria in a stunning performance on Saturday night defeated the United States of America 90-87 in an exhibition match ahead of the Tokyo 2021 Olympics.
Saraki in a post via his Twitter page expressed happiness over their performance and growth both individually and as a team.
The former Senate President urged the team to kelp performance and take its great form to the Olympics.
His tweet read: “Impressive performance by our Men’s Basketball Team, D’Tigers! Coming back from a 10-point deficit against Team USA.
