BELFAST In addition to issuing one traffic citation unrelated to additional charges, the Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 20 - April 6.
An arrest does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 20
Travis King, 42, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug in Frankfort.
Feb. 22
Roy W. Anderson, 37, of Millinocket, was issued summonses for burglary and theft on Lakewood Lane in Swanville, stemming from an incident Feb. 20.
March 12
Detective Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on Bangor Road in Troy. The driver and passenger were uninjured in the crash; their vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling damages.
