Nagaland governor La Ganesan on Monday said that the Student Experiences in Inter-State Living (SEIL), which was founded in 1965 with an aim to promote the feeling of brotherhood between youths from Northeast India and the rest of the nation, has been helping in promoting a sense of oneness among every student of the country.

Dimapur As part of the students’ national integration tour, a programme was organised by Students’ Experiences in Inter-State Living (SEIL) on Monday at the Dr.Imkongliba Hall, Raj Bhavan with Governor of Nagaland La. Ganesan as chief guest. Speaking at the function, the governor said that SEIL was founded in 1965 as an initiative of the then members of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad under the presidentship of Acharaya Giriraj Kishore. He apprised the students that SEIL has been helping in promoting a sense of oneness among every student of the country, especially in promoting the feeling of brotherhood between the youths from Northeast India and the rest of the nation. Our Correspondent Kohima, Sep. 27 (EMN): Governor of Nagaland, Prof. Jagdish Mukhi on Tuesday said that the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is implementing an ambitious national strategic plan to eliminate tuberculosis (TB) by 2025, five years ahead of the global SDG target of 2030, asserting that the economic burden of this public health crisis is significant in terms of lives, income and workdays.
