IMD predicts heavy rainfall in West Bengal, and northeast states for the next 5 days; Odisha and Jharkhand to receive isolated heavy showers from 23rd to 25th August.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday predicted heavy rainfall for the next five days in several states including Maharashtra, Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, and others.
As per the IMD, fairly widespread to widespread light/moderate rainfall/thunderstorm, lightning, gusty winds very likely to continue over Northeast India during 1-5 April.
