With the new reopening, comes a new schedule from Penneys to give customers an extra opportunity to visit the store if they missed the appointment slots over the past week. Some shops will also be offering dedicated hours to people at high risk from Covid-19 who have not been fully vaccinated. Penneys reopening hours The majority of Penneys stores will be open from 8am - 10pm from Monday to Friday next week, with a few exceptions:
