After seemingly spoiling his chance to break his maiden over his home track, Poof put forth a miraculous effort to capture the 2023 Balanced Image Trot on Saturday, Aug. 26 at Hanover Raceway.
Wire-to-wire was the winning formula for the successful two-year-old trotters in Ontario Sires Stakes Grassroots action at Hanover Raceway on Saturday (Sept. 10).
Maybe it mattered that the favourite made a miscue early, maybe it didn't. The cheque that the connections of Floyd The Freak will receive after winning the 2022 Balanced Image Trot on Saturday (Aug. 27) at Hanover Raceway still remains the same amount.
