comes over at 8:32 in the morning. so many stories one after the other. we got this from a nurse at a hospital staying behind to evacuate patients as the camp fire closed in and was stuck in her car as she headed for safety. this is her story now. it was filling up with smoke. i didn t know what to do. i thought maybe nick would know. i called him and i just said i m gonna die. this car is filling up with smoke and i think i m on fire. i pulled down the fire blanket and i saw a dozer and a dozer came off to the side and started pushing the vehicles and pushing everybody out of the way that their cars were on fire and made a trail for us. we were able to turn around and get off the road and get back to the hospital and able to start treating patients. sandra: that s an incredible story. bill: think about the fire chief with us last hour. they haven t had much rain since last spring and they have been in a drought now for five
