One lane was closed on the M25 due to a road traffic accident involving two vans and a car on Friday, May 14.
There was also queueing traffic because of the incident. The road has since been reopened and the accident has been cleared. Travel and traffic service Inrix, which updated the incident at 4.38pm, wrote: One lane closed and queueing traffic due to accident, two vans and a car involved on M25 anticlockwise from J8 A217 Brighton Road (Reigate) to J7 M23.

Part of the M23 was closed for several hours following a fatal crash involving a pedestrian, van and HGV. Officers were called to the southbound carriageway, between Junction 8 and Junction 9 at around 1am on Thursday (February 25), following reports of the collision.
Surrey Police said the pedestrian sadly died at the scene and the force is now appealing for witnesses.
The M23 remained closed between the two junctions for most of the morning while emergency services dealt with the incident. The southbound carriageway reopened just before 10am.
