Flora Police have made the arrest in a bomb threat made at Floyd Henson Jr. High School on Thursday. Around 2:30 Thursday Afternoon, Flora Police along with the work of the local school resource officer, detective and patrol officers, they have identified they person who is responsible for that threat. Since the person responsible, is a juvenile, no name is being released. Police are working with the Clay County States Attorney and the Clay County Probation Office on having the charges filed. At 8:20 Thursday morning, the initial message went out from Flora Police that students were being bussed to the high school from the Jr. High in an abundance of caution. At 9:30, school officials announced students were safe and sound at the high school and offered parents the opportunity to pick up their children at the high school gym if they felt uncomfortable with the situation. At 10:39, officials with Flora Police officially announced that it was a bomb threat called into the school. Secreta
