According to
PEOPLE, Obama remembered a trip he took at the young age of 11-years-old with family members, flying into the mainland for a cross-country road trip. He traveled with his mother, grandmother, and younger sister.
“I remember looking out of Greyhound buses and looking out of trains and looking out of car windows,” said Obama, according to the outlet. “Just miles of corn or miles of desert, or miles of forest, or miles of mountains.”
Michelle Obama Continuing Health Campaign With Netflix Original Series

Michelle Obama has announced her most recent project with Netflix as apart of her “Let’s Move!” campaign.
The former first lady stars in the original series, “Waffles + Mochi,” and also serves as an executive producer. This show is apart of her and former President Barack Obama’s multi-year producing deal they have with Netflix. With the help of friendly new faces like the supermarket owner, Mrs. Obama, and a magical flying shopping cart as their guide, Waffles and Mochi blast off on global ingredient missions, traveling to kitchens, restaurants, farms and homes all over the world, cooking up recipes with everyday ingredients alongside renowned chefs, home cooks, kids and celebrities, Netflix said in a statement describing the show.
