The rescue operation concluded with the evacuation of 293 pilgrims, Rudraprayag District Disaster Management Officer Nandan Singh Rajwar said on Wednesday.
The Badrinath National Highway was blocked on Thursday following a landslide triggered by heavy rains near the Chhinka area of the Chamoli district. Hundreds of pilgrims were stranded due to this incident. The stranded pilgrims included those who were on their way to Badrinath and Hemkund Sahib, as
