Two days ago the Trump Administration announced a series of regulatory changes designed to partially roll back the Obama Administrations strategy of maximizing engagement with the people of cuba and a few months from now, cuba will undergo a historic leadership transitioning with a morebund economy and demographic challenges and a relationship with the United States rapidly deteriorating as President Trumps attacks on diplomates. And a suspension of Visa Services in havana prevented us from bringing a speaker from cuba to participate in todays discussions. Witnesses say the man walked into an apartment pool area around 6 oclock and opened fire. 7 people were shot, and one person has died. Another man was injured while fleeing the attack. Witnesses say the shooter did not appear to be upset as he went on that rampage. The gunman, identified as was killed after exchanging fire with responding Police Officers. Six victims remain in critical condition. Police believe the shooter lived at the apartment complex but its unclear if he knew any of his victims.
