The court issued notice to the EC and others, seeking their response within four weeks. The petitioner, IkkJutt Jammu , claims to be a registered political party and changed its name to Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal in accordance with rules. The EC did not respond to their request for a common symbol. The next hearing is scheduled for December 11.
