This year is turning out to be one of the most difficult ever for placements at the top IIMs of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Indore and Kozhikode, officials and students across institutes told ET. Many did not wish to reveal their identity or their institute.
Only three of the six premier IIMs and one of 15 new IIMs completed summer placements, according to a report by HirePro, exclusively shared with Moneycontrol.
IIM Full Form: The full form of IIM is Indian Institutes of Management. It is a group of institutes that offer several business courses across the country. To be eligible for an IIM, one must qualify the CAT examination.
