Bihar schools and colleges are being closed till May 15, 2021, due to the rapid increase in COVID 19 cases in the state since past few days. Also, as per the official announcement, all the examinations scheduled to be held during this time will remain postponed. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar made this big announcement on April 18, 2021, after a high-level meeting held to review the COVID-19 situation in the state.
