Microsoft: Internet giants must now enforce the milestone EU s Digital Services Act (DSA), which demands they protect users online from harmful content and be more transparent about their algorithms.
Without much in the way of details, Google said it would update its transparency centers for EU users to show why they see ads, or why content gets taken down.
Google: The European Union s DSA, one of the most comprehensive pieces of internet regulation, will begin to fully apply on tech companies that operate in the EU. The DSA compliance deadline applies for platforms with more than 45 million regional users.
