Ifeadi Odenigbo was born on the doorstep of New York City at the tail-end of a crack epidemic that ravaged the city for a decade.
Odenigbo, who signed with the Giants as a free agent recently, has been thinking a lot lately about what his mom, Linda, went through when she first came to America. She lived in Jersey City and completed a pediatric residency at a hospital in Harlem, all while pregnant with him.
