Police in Andhra Pradesh have imposed Section 144 of the CrPC disallowing large gatherings in Palnadu district following violent clashes between Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) workers.
Palanadu: A day after violent clashes broke out following the TDP workers attack on the ruling YSRCP workers in Macherla of Palandu district on Friday, the police have clamped Section 144 in the area and said gatherings of four or more persons is banned in Macherla town.
