Dakota Osborne, who sometimes goes by the name Rylea, was last spotted around 7:30 p.m. She was wearing black ripped jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt and skate shoes.
When Mounties arrived, they found two vehicles that were in an apparent crash. One of the drivers was suffering from gunshot wounds and was taken to hospital.
