Its very important in this moment we understand who the workers are, and where the center of gravity has to be with female workers in this moment where frontline workers, heads of household, mothers, and so that makes this pandemic and what is happening with frontline work erred even more insidious, not only are frontline workers dying every day, theyre leaving behind whole families. And so we have to contextualize what this is, put a face on it, we have to make sure that we are using the language that is not a generic worker but that there are black workers in detroit detroit who have lost their lives. There are female workers across the country who have lost their lives and their liz are suffering as a result of it. Their families are suffering as a result of this.
