It is enough to make your skin crawl. Bedbugs, blood, bubbling sewage. Reporter joe vasquez show us us the disgusting conditions. Horrible. Like a third world country. Reporter crystal cooke is referring to her former home on market street. She is suing the owner after she says she just couldnt take the disgusting problems anymore. The walls an then the ceiling were covered in mold. Reporter it gets worse. After one of the tenants was murdered last january, she says the owner never cleaned the bloodstains from the walls for eighth months and there is the toilet water that keeping bubbling up into the kitchen sink.
