Five members of a Sonoma Valley family have died in a fiery crash that happened Tuesday night near Fresno. The Press Democrat reports that 52-year-old Martha Colin, her three grandchildren and her daughter-in-law, 32-year-old Idalia Perez, died when a pick up truck carrying the five crossed over into the opposite lane in Interstate 5 crashing head on with a big rig, resulting in both vehicles catching on fire. The family were returning from Mexico after visiting Martha’s parents. Idalia’s husband and Martha’s son, Jorge, was not on the trip staying home in the county to work.
