Mainroad Contracting was called out to salt the roads and Richmond fire crews helped organize the chaos after 17 cars were involved in a pile-up in Richmond.
The accident in Richmond happened just before 11 a.m. at Chung Chun Rice Hot Dog at No. 3 Road and Westminster Highway. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
