Significant winter storm is bearing down on the south and southeast, packing heavy snow and dangerous ice. There are winter storm warnings and watches posted from texas to delaware. States of emergency have been declared in mississippi, louisiana, alabama and georgia. This storm could be worse than the one last month that crippled atlanta.
