You can see there agents taking away computers and other electronics from the house. Subway spokesman jarod is detained right now, not arrested. The executive director of his foundation was arrested a few months ago in april. He is charged with making and having child pornography. A collision between an air force fighter jet and a small private plane over the skies near charleston South Carolina. Witnesses described parts including a jet engine falling down from the sky moments after hearing the sickening impact. Both planes went down in pieces somehow sparing lives and property below. But two lives were lost in the collision itself. Nbcs tom costello has the latest.
