MUSCAT: Occidental Oman has signed a sponsorship agreement with the Ministry of Health to fund the purchase of Covid-19 vaccine doses worth $2.5 million. The sponsorship aims to enhance vaccination levels in the country against the coronavirus, particularly for high-risk individuals and the Ministry’s targeted groups.This vaccine programme continues.

Muscat: The Ministry of Health has issued an explanation regarding messages being circulated on social media about the transport of a patient by helicopter from a hospital in Oman to the United Arab Emirates.
An official from the Ministry of Health explained to Times of Oman: The man who was airlifted from Ibri Hospital in Al Dhahirah Governorate to Al Tawam Hospital in Al Ain city in the United Arab Emirates is an Emirati citizen holding a resident card in the Sultanate.
He continued: The Emirati citizen suffered from injuries after a car accident and was immediately transferred to the hospital on March 25, 2021.
